A Study on the Factor of Seedless Fruit Formation in Campbell Early Grape

Abstract
The results obtained by means of gibberellin concentration, the period and bagging to determine the factors of seedless fruit formation of Campbell early grape are as follow:
1. Of fruit weight, the plot treated with gibberellin 100 ppm on cluster before 9 days of expected full bloom and treated again with gibberellin 100 ppm after 9 days of full bloom, showed the harvest of 516.23g. it was, however, a decrease of 134.72g compared with 650.95g of control plot.
2. Of the number of seed, the plot treated with gibberellin 100 ppm on cluster before 14 days of expected full bloom and treated again with gibberellin 100 ppm after 9 days of full bloom, showed high seedless ratio of 93% with 18 seeds in 106 berries.
3. The acid content and soluble solid according to the increasing number of berries and seeds showed the mutual relation of minus. The number of seeds and fruit weight showed high degree of mutual relation of plus (r=0.839)
4. Of soluble solid, the plot treated with gibberellin 100 ppm on cluster before 9 days of expected full bloom and treated again with gibberellin 100 ppm after 13 days of full bloom with bagging, showed the highest of 13.4%.
5. Bagging after the treatment of the cluster with gibberellin contributed to the uniform formation of berries and to accelerated.
